- Pay Rate: $32-37/hr
- ONSITE
• The R&D Laboratory Leader supports laboratory operations and research activities while providing basic coordination of daily tasks. This role combines hands-on lab work with limited leadership responsibilities, helping ensure experiments are completed efficiently, safely, and accurately.
• Perform routine laboratory experiments, tests, and analyses
• Prepare samples, materials, and equipment
• Record and report data accurately
• Help organize daily lab tasks and priorities
• Act as a point of contact for basic lab questions
• Assist in executing assigned R&D projects
• Track progress of tasks and communicate status to supervisor
• Support meeting project timelines
• Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field and 3+ years of laboratory or R&D experience
• Basic laboratory and technical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Organization and time management
• Communication and teamwork
• Emerging leadership and coordination ability
