QNXT QA Tester (Healthcare)

QNXT QA Tester (Healthcare) needed for a remote contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in San Francisco, CA   

Top Skills You Should Possess:

• Demonstrated experience testing QNXT modules such as Benefits, Contracts, Pricing, Fee Schedules, Claims, and Member Data
• Familiarity with Medicare DSNP claims, secondary claims creations, and COB process.
• Ability to work M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm (PT) remotely

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform end-to-end testing and validation of QNXT configuration, including benefits, provider contracts, pricing, accumulators, authorization rules, and claims processing.
• Collaborate with configuration analysts, business analysts, and developers to understand configuration requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Create test data using Claims test Pro, testing tool created by Cognizant.
• Identify test data and audit test results using SQL.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and inconsistencies found during testing and track them to resolution.
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to validate business requirements and ensure configuration meets operational needs.
• Utilize test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) for defect tracking and test documentation.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide support during post-implementation validation.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal quality standards.
• Additional duties as required.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or related field
• Demonstrated experience testing QNXT modules such as Benefits, Contracts, Pricing, Fee Schedules, Claims, and Member Data
• Familiarity with Medicare DSNP claims, secondary claims creations, and COB process.
• Experience testing with CTP tool (Cognizant product)
• SQL experience required
• Practical understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan operations required
