QC Environmental Monitoring Analyst

Job Title:  QC Environmental Monitoring Technician
Location:  Durham, NC
Contract Duration:  Through January 2026 (with potential for extension and direct hire)
Pay Rate:  $23.00/hour
Schedule:  2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | No travel required

Position Overview:
We are seeking a  QC Environmental Monitoring Technician  for a contract opportunity in Durham, NC. This role supports QC operations by performing environmental monitoring and testing activities in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing of environmental samples, raw materials, intermediates, and finished products according to SOPs.
• Document test results in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Ensure timely and thorough completion of all testing documentation.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, GLP, GMP, and HSE requirements
• Prepare and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Review laboratory logbooks, calibration records, and material expiration dates.
• Contribute to laboratory investigations and document invalid test results per procedures.
• Enter and verify data in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Support LIMS maintenance and validation activities.
• Maintain training records and adhere to company procedures
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for lab activities.
• Keep laboratory and testing areas clean, organized, and compliant with cGLP standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in aseptic techniques.
• Strong understanding of Good Documentation Practices.
• Experience with environmental monitoring in a lab setting.

Education & Experience:

• 0–2 years  of relevant experience with a  Bachelor’s degree, or
• 2+ years  of experience with a  high school diploma.
