QA Automation Engineer – Mobile Games
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to design and maintain automated testing workflows for a mobile game platform. This person will improve QA efficiency by creating scalable test coverage for game features and developer submissions. The automation engineer will partner with manual testers, developers, and tools teams to ensure stability, performance, and compliance across game experiences.

Scope:
• Build and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for game verification.
• Integrate automated tests into release workflows and CI pipelines.
• Support regression coverage for core systems like game launch, input handling, and monetization SDK integration.
• Investigate test failures and collaborate with developers to identify root causes.
• Analyze test results and generate reports for release readiness.
• Enhance internal QA tools used to verify game compatibility across devices.

Required:
• 3+ years of experience in QA automation for mobile or web-based applications.
• Proficiency in test scripting with JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience using automation tools like Appium, Playwright, Selenium, or custom frameworks.
• Familiarity with Android/iOS emulators and real device testing.
• Understanding of mobile game mechanics, monetization features, and performance profiling.
• Ability to work independently and adapt test strategy as platform requirements evolve.

 

Estimated Min Rate: $15.00
Estimated Max Rate: $30.00/hr+ USD. Depends on experience
