Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, disassemble, and integrate propulsion systems for unmanned aerial platforms.

  • Execute performance tests and diagnostics using engine test cells and tuning tools.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to engine mechanics, electrical components, and overall propulsion functionality.

  • Complete and maintain detailed service records, inspection logs, and configuration updates.

  • Ensure all maintenance and operations meet rigorous quality and safety standards.

  • Support pre- and post-mission engine checks to ensure flight-readiness.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with aviation propulsion systems, either military or civilian.

  • Proven background in aerospace manufacturing or military aviation support roles.

  • Proficient in troubleshooting turbine, piston, or hybrid engine technologies.

  • Capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings, manuals, and technical documentation.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, precision-driven production setting.

  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and operational integrity.

  • Must meet eligibility requirements related to export control and U.S. security regulations (e.g., ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification.

  • Previous service in military aviation, especially in propulsion support roles.

  • Familiarity with unmanned aircraft propulsion systems and components.

  • Understanding of fuel, ignition, and advanced propulsion configurations.

  • Experience operating test equipment such as dynamometers or ground support hardware.

  • Military or FAA-certified engine technician credentials.
