Required Skills:
- 4-7 years of experience in developing and executing large-scale, high-profile events
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage agency partnerships
- Strong strategic planning, creative development, and communication skills
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to establish KPIs, measure results, and manage budgets effectively
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills
- Experience working with tech or telecommunications brands
- Advanced skills in event marketing analytics and measurement
- Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in event marketing, with a focus on brand growth and corporate communication
- Ability to work onsite in Bellevue or Overland Park, with 4 days onsite
- Willingness to handle additional projects and adapt to shifting priorities
- Experience in managing large-scale events within a corporate environment
