Project Manager - III needed for a  12-month Onsite Contract  opportunity with Yoh’s client located in  Arlington, Texas.

Pay rate range: $37 - $53/Hr.

Role Overview: THE COMPANY is seeking an execution-focused Project Manager to support Forward Supply Chain Operations, specifically the nationwide movement and distribution of network deployment equipment. This role is heavily operational and documentation-driven, with a strong emphasis on SOP development, SLA tracking, compliance support, WMS initiatives, and cross-functional coordination. This is Not a PMO or IT-only role. The ideal candidate has hands-on supply chain, logistics, or operations experience and is comfortable working onsite in a fast-moving warehouse and 3PL environment.

What You Need to Bring to the Table/ Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Hands-on experience with 3PL operations and SLA monitoring
• Working knowledge of SOX or compliance-driven environments
• Experience supporting WMS or warehouse-related initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused

What You’ll Be Doing/ Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain & Operations Execution

• Support nationwide logistics initiatives tied to network deployment equipment
• Coordinate activities with COMPANY's primary 3PL partner and 46 forward-stocking locations
• Participate in WMS-related initiatives to reduce manual work and improve throughput

Performance Monitoring & SLA Management

• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly SLA metrics with 3PL partners
• Identify service gaps and support corrective action plans
• Assist with root-cause documentation and performance reporting

Compliance & Audit Support

• Support SOX control activities, including documentation and audit readiness
• Assist with inventory controls such as cycle counts and reconciliation
• Ensure alignment with internal compliance standards

Process Documentation & SOP Development

• Document current-state processes, SOPs, and workflows
• Optimize process flows to support scalability and consistency
• Maintain clear, auditable documentation for operations and compliance

Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collect and synthesize KPI data into reporting packages
• Provide regular status updates and insights to stakeholders
• Coordinate across Operations, IT, and external partners

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:  

• Telecommunications or network deployment environments
• Nationally distributed operations
• Agile or Lean operations exposure
• Tools: WMS, Power BI, Databricks, Power Automate, PowerApps, Lucid, Confluence
• ChatGPT exposure a plus
