Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, standard daytime hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Bill Rate: $115/hour

Position Overview
Yoh is seeking an experienced Project Management Consultant to support the next phase of a product development initiative for our client in Tempe, AZ. This role will partner closely with a cross-functional team to drive planning, alignment, risk management, and performance readiness for phase exit.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and lead activities of a cross-functional project team
• Develop and deliver a comprehensive project plan and schedule for the next phase of product development
• Identify project risks and define actionable mitigation strategies
• Drive alignment on a Market Requirements Specification (MRS), identifying gaps against current performance
• Establish and track improvement plans to close identified performance gaps
• Define and document project performance criteria required for successful phase exit
• Ensure consistent communication, documentation, and stakeholder alignment throughout the engagement
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Management Consultant, preferably within product development or technical environments
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and risk management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in hardware, technology, or complex product development programs
• Familiarity with phase-gate or milestone-based development methodologies

This is a part-time consulting role. On-site presence is strongly preferred to support collaboration, though flexibility may be considered for the right consultant.
