Project Analyst/Manager

This is a hybrid role and will only consider candidates local to Audobon, PA. 

We are seeking a Project Analyst to support our client in PA in overseeing capital projects, ensuring compliance with corporate processes, and applying industry best practices (e.g., PMI PMBOK). This role will focus on IT and Cyber Security projects and involve close collaboration with Project Managers and subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and coordination of projects, ensuring milestones and goals are achievable within budgets and timeframes.
• Assist in creating work breakdown structures, tracking critical paths, and performing project close-out activities.
• Provide project management tools, process support, and reporting for Project Leadership Teams (PLTs).
• Review proposals, analyze project scope-schedule-costs, and track performance.
• Coordinate project scope, schedule, and budget changes.
• Assist in the preparation of business cases and project charter reviews for senior leadership.

Required Experience & Skills:

• MBA or Engineering Degree (preferred)
• PMP Certification (a plus)
• 5+ years of experience with MS Project, MS Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUP), and Microsoft Office in a project management environment
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale IT projects (HW and/or SW, >$1M budgets)
• 1+ years of experience with procurement, RFIs/RFPs, and SOWs highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional team collaboration skills

Estimated Min Rate: $45.50
Estimated Max Rate: $65.00
