We are looking for a highly organized Program Coordinator to lead and support internal dogfooding operations across multiple Product Areas (PAs). The role is deeply cross-functional, requiring close coordination with Engineering, PM, TPM, UX, QA, Support, and Localization to enable meaningful internal testing experiences. While dogfooding is the output, the primary focus is managing cross-functional program logistics, execution, and support infrastructure at scale.
Scope:
• Collaborate with Engineering, PM, and TPM teams to document dogfood goals, KPIs, and exit criteria.
• Set up and manage device logistics, including procurement, multi-device prep (Pixel, Samsung, iOS), distribution, and recovery.
• Organize and oversee dogfooder recruitment, including participant targeting, communication, confidentiality agreements, and reward setup (e.g., massage points).
• Coordinate room bookings, physical setup, and participant onboarding.
• Build and maintain communication channels, such as Google Groups and feedback forums.
• Drive execution of feedback collection, including survey design (initial/mid/final), CSAT scoring, and structured feedback through Buganizer and hotlists.
• Monitor technical issues and feedback trends; serve as liaison with XFN engineering teams for bug resolution and triage.
• Maintain and update standardized documentation and templates (e.g., setup guides, feedback forms, project trackers).
Required:
• Strong cross-functional coordination experience, ideally with large product or internal testing programs.
• Proven ability to drive logistics-heavy programs, including inventory tracking, recruitment flows, and schedule planning.
• Experience managing and synthesizing feedback pipelines across multiple user touchpoints (e.g., surveys, bug tracking, forums).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Groups, Meet) and familiarity with internal tooling such as Buganizer.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; capable of driving alignment across stakeholder groups.
Pluses:
• Experience running dogfooding programs, beta testing, or user studies.
• Exposure to hardware/software testing environments.
• Familiarity with localization workflows or multilingual participant recruitment.
• Background in QA, UX research, or internal product support.
