Production Operator 1

Yoh Scientific is actively recruiting for a Production Operator to work a contract assignment in Irvine, CA. 
This position is for a  molecular diagnostics manufacturer,  and you will be working in the  fill cap department. 
Duration: Contract assignment until end of the year, possibility of extension.   
Location: Onsite, Irvine, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. Some OT may be available. 
Pay Rate Range:  $18 - $19 /hour. 

Responsibilities: 
Entry-level Operator on first shift work in the Fill Cap Label department to support manufacturing of product in compliance with established GMP processes and procedures.

• Perform manufacturing operations under supervision.
• Follow procedures and work instructions to execute production tasks.
• Active contributor in work area.
• Error-free manufacturing operations.
• Performs in-process and final quality inspection of components/product.
• Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry level candidates can apply, several years of production experience preferred.
• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Goal-oriented team contributor.
