- Max Hourly Rate $22/hr.
- 4X10 schedule Monday—Thursday (6:00am to 4:30pm)
- 10 hour days at reg pay per alternative schedule.
- Must lift up to 50 lbs., frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting.
- Safety shoes are required
What You Will Be Doing
- Inspect incoming raw materials and verify quantities.
- Assemble small components and boxes used in product kits.
- Prepare materials for kit assembly (build boxes, label boxes, assemble smaller components).
- Work on a kitting assembly line for approximately half of each shift, picking components and placing them into master boxes.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs., frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting.
- Maintain a safe work environment; safety shoes required (low?noise environment).
- Learn all aspects of the packaging department, including SAP, following SOPs, and completing paperwork accurately.
- Contribute positively to a team?oriented, professional work environment.
- Follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy and consistency.
- Work occasional overtime during high?demand periods.
- Operate a motorized pallet jack as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, to write, to comprehend, and follow written instructions.
- Basic math, problem solving and computer skills.
- Transaction in SAP experience, a plus.
- Experience operating manual, semi-auto and automatic production machinery, preferred.
- Ability to prioritize work.
- Accurate and detail-oriented.
- Team player/ flexible/ attention to detail and quality minded.
