Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Product Owner with a strong background in data analytics to lead the development and delivery of business intelligence solutions. This role will focus on managing projects involving SQL-based data pipelines and Power BI dashboards, working closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product backlog for data and analytics initiatives, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with data engineers and analysts to design and deliver scalable SQL-based data models and ETL processes.
• Guide the development of interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports that support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Champion a data-driven culture by promoting best practices in data visualization and storytelling.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a data-focused environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI(or similar BI tools like Tableau or Looker).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex data requirements into clear, actionable plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Snowflake).
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
• Power BI certification or similar credentials.

Estimated Min Rate: $45.50
Estimated Max Rate: $65.00
