Product Manager, Core Services

Product Manager, Core Services needed for a  fully Remote Contract( Initial 3 months, extendable up to 9 months) opportunity with Yoh’s client located in REMOTE.

The Big Picture – Top Skills You Should Possess:

Pay rate: $40 - $50/Hr. Client will Not accept H1’s or Sponsor.

What You Need to Bring to the Table/ Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (relevant field).
• 3+ years in product management, preferably with digital/consumer-facing platforms.
• Experience with Agile methodology, product ownership, and roadmap delivery.
• Knowledge of Fintech, Mobile Banking, or financial service platforms.
• Proficiency with tools for data analysis and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to translate technical insights into actionable user stories.

What You’ll Be Doing/Key Responsibilities:

• Lead agile squad ceremonies and promote cross-functional culture.
• Act as the voice of the customer, prioritize based on feedback and product goals.
• Write and manage epics, features, and user stories; support roadmap development.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog (new features, improvements, infra updates).
• Analyze feature performance and propose product changes.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, customer service, marketing, and external partners.
• Keep up with fintech trends and consumer financial product innovations.

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:          

• Fintech or mobile banking experience.
• Working knowledge of engagement tools and customer-facing features.
• Previous work with Spruce(or research into it).
• Experience in agile product squads with engineers and designers.
