We are seeking a highly technical Rhino modeler with strong experience developing complex organic forms, scenic elements, and production-ready geometry within fast-paced creative studio environments.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in themed entertainment, architecture, industrial design, fabrication, experiential design, or scenic production who thrive working across artistic and technical disciplines.

Compensation: $80-100/hr (DoE)

Key Responsibilities 3D Modeling & Geometry Development
- Develop highly detailed Rhino 3D models for show sets, attractions, immersive environments, and scenic elements
- Model complex organic geometry including rockwork, terrain, sculpted environments, and architectural features
- Create clean, buildable geometry suitable for downstream Revit integration and fabrication workflows
- Translate concept art, sketches, CAD drawings, and design direction into accurate 3D models
- Support iterative design development in fast-paced production environments
- Prepare and optimize Rhino geometry for Revit and BIM coordination workflows
- Collaborate with Revit modelers and technical teams to maintain geometry integrity during model transfer
- Support hybrid Rhino/Revit project environments and cross-platform coordination
- Assist in development of modeling standards and geometry optimization strategies
- Coordinate scenic geometry with structural, A/V, lighting, show control, and MEP systems
- Participate in interdisciplinary design coordination and clash resolution efforts
- Support fabrication and installation teams with model updates and technical adjustments
- Ensure models remain organized, accurate, and production-ready throughout project lifecycle
- Work closely with Art Directors, Show Set Designers, Engineers, and BIM teams
- Support project schedules, deliverables, and evolving creative inputs
- Assist in developing workflows for complex geometry and large-scale scenic environments
- May support field coordination or vendor collaboration as required
- 5+ years of professional Rhino 3D modeling experience
- Advanced proficiency in Rhino for complex scenic, architectural, or organic geometry development
- Experience working in themed entertainment, architecture, scenic design, fabrication, or immersive environments
- Strong understanding of Rhino-to-Revit workflows and geometry translation
- Experience modeling complex rockwork, terrain, and organic scenic forms
- Ability to interpret concept art and develop production-ready geometry
- Experience coordinating with technical disciplines including structural, MEP, lighting, or A/V systems
- Strong spatial reasoning and visualization skills
- Ability to manage evolving design inputs and fast-paced project demands
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Grasshopper and parametric modeling workflows
- Experience supporting fabrication or construction documentation workflows
- Familiarity with BIM/IPD project environments
- Experience coordinating large-scale attraction or experiential projects
- Knowledge of scenic fabrication methods, shotcrete, GFRC, or themed construction techniques
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Prior entertainment studio or themed attraction project experience
