Pricing Specialist

Seeking a pricing and data specialist to oversee cost structures and product attribute integrity for assigned clients. This role involves supporting strategic initiatives such as pricing implementations, business proposals, and cross-functional coordination to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pricing setup and maintenance for assigned portfolios, including quote creation, margin oversight, and cost tracking
  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate supplier updates and ensure accurate pricing adjustments
  
  
• Analyze margin flags and recommend corrective actions in collaboration with proposal teams
  
  
• Coordinate across multiple functions (supply chain, procurement, and customer operations) to address pricing agreements, service requests, and item issues
  
  
• Support contract pricing terms and rebate handling in partnership with sourcing leads
  
  
• Maintain pricing accuracy through regular audits and advanced Excel-based analysis
  
  
• Manage data sync procedures and ensure alignment across platforms
  
  
• Assist in vendor negotiations and monitor markup thresholds
  
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel and experience in pricing, data analytics, or procurement environments preferred
  
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Estimated Max Rate: $47840.00
