Portfolio Project Manager II (HYBRID)

Portfolio Project Manager II (HYBRID) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Staffing’s client working in San Antonio, TX.

• Pay Rate: $38-41/hr
• HYBRID schedule-remote on Fridays

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manages multiple projects and orchestrates the results to achieve a broad program goal. Plans and implements schedules and monitors program from inception through delivery.
• Defines and reports program roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics. Identifies and monitors areas of risk.
• Continuously seeks opportunities to improve cost, performance, and schedule. Builds and manages to budgets.
• Facilitates communication and coordination among projects. Manages stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting component projects or overall program.

Required:

• Project Excellence and experience managing and governing business management processes for business, IT, and/or Agile development, including knowledge of business controls management.
• Experience leading significant change management efforts or significant business transformations.
• Information Technology and/or Business Financial Management experience and a demonstrated ability to track, manage and govern financial requirements and financial reporting.
• Proven experience using Clarity (or similar portfolio management software) for planning, tracking, and managing program portfolios and resources. Experience with reporting, forecasting, and capacity planning within Clarity is highly desirable.
• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred.
• Project Excellence and experience managing and governing business management processes for business, IT, and/or Agile development, including knowledge of business controls management.
