Position Overview
The Plainview Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing administration of the Plainview Enterprise One (E1) platform to support project and portfolio management functions. This role ensures system performance, data accuracy, user access management, and alignment of the Plainview tool with business processes. The administrator will collaborate closely with IT, PMO leadership, and business stakeholders to optimize workflows and reporting.
 
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary system administrator for the Plainview E1 platform.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Plainview modules, user permissions, and integrations.
Support end-users with technical issues, questions, and training related to the Plainview system.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for project and portfolio tracking.
Implement system updates, patches, and enhancements in coordination with IT.
Collaborate with project managers and leadership to align tool configurations with business needs.
Maintain data integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Provide Plainview training and onboarding for new users.
Coordinate with Plainview support or vendors as needed for escalations or updates.
 
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience administering Plainview E1 or similar project portfolio management (PPM) tools.
Experience working in IT, PMO, or enterprise systems support environments.
Strong understanding of PPM concepts and enterprise reporting.
Proficient in data analysis, dashboard creation, and system configuration.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and customer-focused approach.
Plainview Administrator or Analyst Certification (if applicable)
PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification


Estimated Min Rate: $31.50
Estimated Max Rate: $45.00
