Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s student and employee outpatient clinic located in Notre Dame, IN.
 
Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 7am-5pm, Wednesday 7am-1130am, and Friday 7am-230pm
Duration: 3 month contract to cover maternity leave
Pay:$45-55/hr DOE
 
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Performs initial evaluations and follow-up treatments.
• Manages Manual Therapy, Vestibular Rehab, Orthopedic post-op rehab, rehab of spinal disorders, as well as treatment of elbow, wrist, hand disorders.
• Follows up with plan of care by modifying as needed and addressing any issues surrounding the ability to improve.
• Ensures activities are appropriate and contribute towards decreasing pain/improving function in a reasonable timeframe.
• Establishes a connection with patients, significantly improving their satisfaction and compliance with the program.
• Speaks on health related topics in your scope of practice to individuals and small groups.
• Handles patients’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• All state licenses/certifications to practice 
• Degree from accredited Physical/Occupational Therapy School
• Experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient physical therapy clinic or other ambulatory care clinic
• BLS upon hire
