Paid Media & Growth Strategy Analyst with Large Media Company
Contract to Hire
Onsite in NYC 5x per week
Pay Range- $25-$31 per hour w2

The Paid Media & Growth Strategy Analyst will support day-to-day campaign execution across multiple advertising platforms, while also assisting with ad hoc projects that improve team efficiency and workflow.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and update internal media buying trackers, campaign status logs, and team calendars on a daily basis
  • Build and launch ad campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, Spotify, Amazon, Disney+/Hulu, LinkedIn, The Trade Desk, and more
  • Create and manage first-party and third-party audiences across key platforms, ensuring proper targeting and alignment with campaign goals
  • Monitor live campaigns to confirm delivery within benchmark and optimize for improved performance
  • Build reporting dashboards for both client-facing and internal use, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of performance insights.
  • Support internal projects requiring campaign data analysis or historical media insights
  • Collaborate with team leads on campaign planning and media strategy as needed
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising fundamentals, including campaign objectives, KPIs (CPM, CTR, CPC, ROAS), and media terminology
  • 1-2+ years of hands-on experience running paid media campaigns across Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; able to build pivot tables, manipulate large data sets, and extract insights from performance data
  • Extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills; comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deliverables at once
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new platforms, tools, and processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated interest in music and artist marketing; strong understanding of music genres, fan behavior, and adjacent artist audiences
  • Effective communicator with experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and client-facing teams
  • Bonus: Experience with emerging platforms (Snapchat Ads, Reddit Ads, Spotify Ad Studio, etc.), Datorama, Looker Studio, The Trade Desk, Google Analytics, or third-party attribution tools
