Join our Aftermarket team as an Order Specialist and play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of parts and services for our revolutionary autonomous vehicles. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing the order lifecycle from start to finish and contributing directly to the success of our global autonomous fleet.
As an Order Specialist, you'll work closely with our service technicians, supply chain, and engineering teams to ensure our depots have the right parts at the right time to keep our autonomous vehicles operating at peak performance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly evolving industry and make a tangible impact on the future of transportation.
Scope:
• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process for aftermarket parts and services, from order entry to delivery, for our autonomous vehicle fleet.
• Process a high volume of orders accurately and efficiently using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams (e.g., Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering) and external partners to confirm order details, provide updates, and resolve any issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal stock availability for critical components.
• Address and resolve order-related inquiries, discrepancies, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Generate reports on order status, fulfillment rates, and potential bottlenecks to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Aftermarket team to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements.
• Maintain accurate records of all orders, communications, and resolutions.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the Aftermarket operations.
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or a related role, preferably within a manufacturing, automotive, or technology company.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and strong data entry skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, etc).
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
