- 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, 730-4PM
What You Will Be Doing
- Research, verify, and update service records to support client project requirements.
- Create Map Call work orders and coordinate investigative activities.
- Maintain and update project tracking tools, including Excel spreadsheets.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person regarding service line investigations.
- Support cross?functional teams with documentation and project tracking.
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence, scheduling, and follow?ups
- Ability to manage inbox communications and respond to customer and internal inquiries in a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers in a courteous, patient, and professional manner
- Experience handling questions, concerns, or requests while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Strong attention to detail when researching, updating, and validating service records
- Ability to maintain organized records and ensure information is accurate and up to date
