Onsite-Recruiter  needed for a  contract  opportunity with Yoh’s client located in San Antonio, TX.
The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Workday, CRM, Excel-pivot tables
• Two (2) to Five (5) years’ experience with ATS and high volume recruiting
• Pay Range: $28 - $31/hr; depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates
• Screens, interviews and registers prospective professional candidates.
• Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager.
• Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying customer’s needs.
• Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers.
• Able to understand and advance company’s compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) to Five (5) years’ experience with ATS and high volume recruiting
  Two (2) to Five (5) years’ experience working in with clients to understand job needs
• Experience with compensation and salary negotiation
• Experience with Workday, CRM, Excel-pivot tables
