Onsite-Motor Sports Event/Project Coordinator needed for a  contract  opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Wauwatosa, WI.


The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in operations, logistics, motorsports, or technical sales
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong operational mindset, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to go onsite daily; and travel for race weekends and testing events as needed
  • Pay Range: $20 - $25/hr; depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • This role will involve managing event logistics, overseeing inventory and part sales, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of race programs.
  • Manage and coordinate logistics for race team test events, competition weekends, and other race-related activities.
  • Oversee travel logistics, schedules, and resource planning for team members, ensuring seamless execution at events.
  • Engage with suppliers and vendors to manage lead times, delivery schedules, and procurement needs for race programs.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support cross-functional initiatives and brand activations at events.
  • Manage the factory race product sales program, including ordering, inventory tracking, and distribution.
  • Oversee staging, packaging, and shipping/receiving of race parts and technical components.
  • Coordinate with Accounting for invoicing, payment collection, and financial tracking related to part sales
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in operations, logistics, motorsports, or technical sales
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong operational mindset, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • This role will require exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and a solutions-driven approach.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to manage inventory and logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:          
  • College Degree preferred
  • Motorcycle industry experience or willingness to learn is a plus.
