opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Parkersburg, WV.
The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:
- High School Diploma and at least three (3) years’ experience
- Ability to go onsite four (4) days a week; working 32 hours/week
- Pay Range: $20 - $25/hr; depending on experience
- Assist and serve as a resource for a group of Technicians, Engineers, Designers, Supervisors, HSES Coordinator, Shipping/Raw Materials Coordinator, and the Plant Manager.
- Arrange transportation, hotels, dinners, lunches, and book venues for meetings and visitors upon request.
- Managing general office supplies.
- Utilizing the plant purchasing card and assisting the Plant Manager with maintaining receipts/records.
- Entering visitors’ pass requests into the SharePoint database to meet security requirements.
- Managing the Rewards and Recognition Program by ordering and cataloging inventory, tracking rewards recipients and value allocations, and issuing vouchers when applicable.
- Maintaining Training Records.
- Completing Administrative Safety Checks (monthly), which involve verifying that all Site-wide Emergency Manuals, Procedures, and Forms match those that are published for personnel access.
- Other routine jobs, too numerous to mention.
- High School Diploma and at least three (3) years’ experience
