Pay: $51-55/hr. W-2 basis
Shift: M-F, 40 hours per week - must be flexible to work CST hours
Job Overview
We’re looking for a strategic, customer?focused Digital Product Owner to drive AI?enabled and automation?focused capabilities within our contact center environment. In this role, you’ll serve as the voice of the business, translating customer and operational needs into innovative product solutions that deliver measurable value.
You’ll own the product backlog, partner closely with business and technology teams, and guide delivery from concept to deployment. If you’re passionate about AI, automation, and transforming customer experiences, this is an opportunity to lead high?impact work in a fast?moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, prioritization, and execution of AI?enabled and automation-driven contact center capabilities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring customers’ needs guide the product roadmap.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog using Jira, balancing strategic value, feasibility, and business impact.
- Translate business goals into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with UX designers in Figma to evaluate concepts and ensure intuitive customer and agent experiences.
- Provide day?to?day guidance to delivery teams and approve completed work against defined acceptance criteria.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities across the contact center.
- Use metrics, data, and cost?benefit analysis to drive decision making and measure success.
- Prepare stakeholders and operational teams for product rollouts, adoption, and process changes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a product backlog and driving iterative delivery in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of contact center operations and customer service workflows.
- Hands-on experience identifying and prioritizing automation opportunities.
- Familiarity with AI solutions and their application in operational environments.
- Proficient in Jira (workflow and backlog management) and Figma (UX collaboration).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable requirements and execution plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying AI capabilities in a contact center or large operational setting.
- Background working with enterprise technology teams or vendor-supported software solutions.
- Experience with business process improvement, risk considerations, and change management.
- Prior experience mentoring junior product owners or analysts.
- Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Estimated Min Rate: $38.50
Estimated Max Rate: $55.00
