Occupational Health Nurse (RN) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Bear River City, UT!
 
Top Skills You Should Possess:
 

• Experience in Occupational Health Management required
• 2+ years RN experience preferred

 
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Primary responsibilities: Audio testing, physicals, vital signs, hearing, pulmonary function, and charting
• Provide discharge instructions and wellness materials/information to patients
• Shift time: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
 

• Active and unrestricted Utah RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum one (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in ER, Urgent Care, Primary Care, or Occupational Health setting
• Previous experience in community health, adult ambulatory care, or critical care a plus
• Strong first aid skills
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Strong communication skills
