Yoh is looking for an OEM/ Original Equipment Manufacturer Specialist to join our client L3Harris located in Henrietta, NY. About the Role Join a leading innovator in the tech manufacturing industry as an OEM Pack Out Area Specialist. In this hands-on role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring that high-precision electronic and hardware components are packed, labeled, and shipped with the utmost accuracy and care. Your work will directly support the delivery of mission-critical technology to our global customers. Key Responsibilities

• Execute precise packing of OEM technology products using anti-static and industry-compliant materials.
• Apply accurate labeling with detailed shipping, handling, and compliance information (e.g., ESD, RoHS, or WEEE).
• Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure all components meet stringent quality standards.
• Identify and report any product discrepancies or quality issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, ESD-safe, and organized work environment to protect sensitive equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) specific to tech manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve packing workflows and reduce cycle times.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment, preferably in electronics or tech hardware, or
• Associate’s Degree with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with ESD-safe handling, cleanroom protocols, or ISO-certified environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical documentation.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and labeling systems (e.g., ERP or MES platforms).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• All offers are contingent to passing all pre-employment screenings and drug test. This includes testing negative for marijuana
• 1st Shift – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 5am-3:30pm

Estimated Min Rate: $16.50
Estimated Max Rate: $17.00
