Location:
On‑site, large warehouse/manufacturing facility
Schedule:
Three (3) fixed 8‑hour shifts per week (days are negotiable)
Hours:
7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (ideal)

We are seeking a motivated Occupational Health Registered Nurse to support on‑site employee health services in a large facility environment. This role focuses on emergency care, first aid, and episodic treatment of work‑related injuries and illnesses, while promoting employee wellness and maintaining compliance with OSHA and Workers’ Compensation standards. The ideal candidate is confident working independently and thrives in a fast‑paced, on‑site setting.
- Provide professional nursing care to sick and/or injured employees
- Deliver emergency care, first aid, and episodic treatment within standing orders
- Perform and evaluate clinical and diagnostic tests
- Assist the plant physician with minor surgical procedures
- Conduct and document employee medical histories and physical examinations
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports (OSHA, Workers’ Compensation, corporate reporting)
- Collaborate effectively with Health Services staff and other departments
- Ensure proper maintenance of medical equipment and supplies
- Support and promote on‑site wellness programs
- Interface professionally with employees and health services stakeholders
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Strong initiative with sound independent judgment
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer software
Education & Certification Requirements
- RN Diploma or Associate Degree required (BSN or BS preferred)
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- ER or Occupational Health experience strongly preferred
- COHN certification preferred
- Current CPR/AED certification (Healthcare Provider level)
