Occupancy Planner

Space Planner needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client in Santa Clara, CA.

The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:

• 4 years experience in strategic space planning
• CAFM experience
• Paying $50 - $60 per hour; depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Updating space types
  • Space name changes
  • Employee space allocation
• Will be in the field verifying that the spaces are being used accurately
• Point of contact for admin for space request and small employee moves of 300 or less
• Audit and track current spaces
• Onboarding new hires
  • Reach out to managers to allocate space for new hires
• Audit and clean up internal systems

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• 4 years experience in strategic space planning
• CAFM experience
