Nurse Practitioner

Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner needed for a contract-to-hire opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Modesto, CA   

Top Skills You Should Possess:
 

• Two (2) years of Nurse Practitioner Experience – preferably in Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, and/or Primary Care settings – Women’s Health is a plus!
• EPIC and OHM EMR Experience highly desired
• DEA License highly desired
• Ability to work Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm onsite

What You’ll Be Doing:
 

• Work in an Occupational Health Clinic for evaluations and triage/treatment of occupational health, primary care, and women’s health specialties onsite.
• See approximately 14-16 patients per day in-person and telehealth visits.
• Perform workers’ compensation assessments.
• Trigger point medication administration, immunizations, and travel vaccine administration.
• Responsible for completing charts within 24 hours in EPIC and OHM EMR systems.
• Additional duties as required.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
 

• Active and unrestricted California NP license
• DEA License highly desired
• Current BLS certification
• Two (2) years of Nurse Practitioner Experience – preferably in Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, and/or Primary Care settings – Women’s Health is a plus!
• EPIC and OHM EMR Experience highly desired
• Excellent computer/data entry skills required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
