opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Newark, DE.
The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:
- 2 years of experience processing purchase orders
- Strong computer skills, Outlook, Excel, SAP
- Paying $22 - $24 per hour; depending on experience
- Assist in the preparation of issuance of purchase orders and services that are used to maintain and fix broken machines
- Regular interaction with maintenance team to ascertain what supplies / parts are required
- Research quotes for maintenance products and negotiate pricing with vendors
- Assess purchase orders for accuracy and compliance regulations
- Receive price quotes from vendors, compare quotes against requirements, budget and purchase orders
- Manage aspects of purchasing and distribution
- Responsible for order of all inventory for maintenance and for the site
- Ensure that inventory is updated and accurate; includes physical inventory matching inventory in SAP
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years of experience processing purchase orders
- Strong computer skills, Outlook, Excel, SAP
