Role Overview: 
  
Client is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Product Architect / Lead 
 to drive the modernization and simplification of our CRM ecosystem. This role will focus on optimizing our Sales Hub 
 and Service Hub 
 experiences, leveraging Copilot, Power Platform, and Microsoft’s out-of-the-box (OOB) capabilities to enhance productivity, automation, and user experience.
You’ll partner with business and technology stakeholders to evaluate current customizations, define a roadmap for transformation, and lead the design and rollout of scalable, maintainable CRM solutions.
  Key Responsibilities 
  Product Leadership & Assessment 
  
- Evaluate the existing Dynamics 365 environment and customizations for alignment with Microsoft’s OOB capabilities.
 - Advise on what to retain, refactor, or rebuild using OOB tools to reduce technical debt.
 - Partner with business and IT leaders to define a roadmap for CRM simplification and modernization.
 - Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and strategic goals.
 
- Streamline CRM workflows and interfaces for improved advisor and end-user experience.
 - Lead the migration of key forms, workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPFs) to the Dynamics Sales Hub.
 - Configure Copilot for Sales and Sales Accelerator to drive automation, insights, and engagement.
 - Develop and execute pilot rollouts, user training, and adoption strategies.
 
- Consolidate and migrate custom workflows into the Copilot Service Workspace.
 - Redesign Case Management, routing, and SLA tracking leveraging OOB functionality.
 - Build and test pilot environments, gather user feedback, and refine solutions before enterprise rollout.
 
- Deliver discovery assessments, modernization roadmaps, and architecture recommendations.
 - Create training materials, governance frameworks, and adoption plans to ensure sustainable success.
 - Support post-pilot refinement and transition activities to ensure business continuity and adoption.
 
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service).
 - Deep expertise in Sales Hub, Service Hub, Copilot, and the Power Platform.
 - Proven ability to assess and map highly customized CRM environments to OOB solutions.
 - Strong understanding of workflow design, Case Management, and Business Process Flows (BPFs).
 - Experience leading migrations from heavily customized builds to configuration-driven architectures.
 - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to translate business needs into practical, scalable CRM solutions.
 - Experience in financial services or similar large-scale enterprise environments.
 
- Hands-on experience configuring Copilot for Sales/Service, Sales Accelerator, and AI-driven insights.
 - Experience developing training and adoption programs(e.g., WalkMe or similar tools).
 - Background in consulting or enterprise CRM modernization initiatives.
