Key Responsibilities
Receiving and Processing
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming materials and merchandise for accuracy.
- Process receipts in the warehouse inventory system (SAP) to maintain accurate stock records.
- Handle receiving exceptions and discrepancies as needed.
- Perform stock checks, part number verification, and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by performing regular organization tasks.
- Label parts during the put-away process to ensure easy retrieval.
- Pick parts for order fulfillment, shipments, and work orders.
- Fill requisitions and distribute materials to production workers or the assembly line.
- Consolidate loads and prepare materials for shipping, ensuring proper documentation (e.g., packing slips).
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Proven experience in automotive collision parts handling, including ordering and receiving.
- Experience in roles such as parts advisor, parts specialist, or inventory technician.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Chat, etc.).
- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP inventory system.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience in the automotive industry, such as working at dealerships or body shops.
- Forklift experience (training can be provided).
Estimated Min Rate: $17.50
Estimated Max Rate: $25.00
