Job Overview:
The Revenue Marketing Specialist
is responsible for executing and coordinating demand generation
and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
programs across marketing and sales channels
to accelerate pipeline development and drive revenue growth. This role requires expertise in scaling inbound and outbound sales efforts, collaborating with sales teams, and optimizing marketing initiatives using data-driven insights. This role will be part of the North America revenue marketing team
focused on promoting the Architecture & Design Direct
sector GTM strategy.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years
’ experience in a B2B marketing role.
- Strong expertise in demand generation, ABM, and sales prospecting campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation/CRM platforms
such as Marketo, Salesforce, Domo, and 6sense.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and track KPIs
related to revenue pipeline.- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work with sales teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective project management skills
with the ability to work independently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute demand generation and ABM campaigns
to drive pipeline acceleration and growth.
- Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights
and continuously iterate based on performance.
- Work closely with enterprise account managers and sales teams
to ensure alignment on marketing and sales strategies.
- Identify target markets, personas, and pain points
to effectively position products and solutions.
- Analyze customer buying patterns, business opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Measure and analyze the impact of marketing programs
on strategic accounts.
- Track core business KPIs
while maintaining a pipeline growth focus.
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools(Marketo, Salesforce, Domo, 6sense) to report campaign performance.
- Partner with sales teams
to ensure seamless marketing and sales alignment.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies
that enhance buyer engagement and conversion rates.
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in content creation for the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
- Knowledge of sales processes and prospecting strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
