Manufacturing Technician-2nd SHIFT (ONSITE)

Manufacturing Technician-2nd SHIFT (ONSITE) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Staffing’s client working in San Diego, CA.

• Pay Rate: $20-21/hr
• ONSITE
• 2nd SHIFT: 2pm-10:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Performing a wide variety of assigned manufacturing tasks to produce high quality products
• Performing work order processing to complete products to inventory
• Perform assembly on piece parts into completed sub-assembly using typical assembly tools
• Making processing decisions based on interpreting quality data
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Operation of various liquid-handling robots and performing kitting and other packaging functions
• Using complex automated robotic systems to manage product through a highly automated workflow
• Assembling electro/optical/mechanical systems that require testing, calibrating, and troubleshooting of both individual components and integrated systems using Standard Operating Procedures
• Aligning complex optical systems with aid of in-house software and instruments
• Assembling and storing and disposing of chemical solutions (may include hazardous material), final inspection, and packaging

Required:

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to operate automated equipment and use basic hand tools.
• Read and adhere to Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GDP, and cGMP.
• Basic computer skills
• Escalate any issues immediately and report any safety incidences. Team player by supporting your teammates.
• Good documentation (GDP) and current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) followed with a high-quality focus
