Manufacturing Recruiter II (HYBRID)

Manufacturing Recruiter II (HYBRID) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Staffing’s client working in Decatur, IL .

• Pay Rate: $25-30/hr
• HYBRID schedule-onsite Mon & Wed

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the full hiring process-from application to start date-for roles like production specialists, utility workers, operators, maintenance/millwrights, and electrical & instrumentation technicians.
• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for our manufacturing plants
• Review applications and conduct phone screens to identify qualified candidates
• Share top candidates with hiring managers and coordinate onsite interviews
• Extend offers, handle rejections, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with plant HR partners and hiring managers
• Keep clear spreadsheets to track openings, candidates in process, and sourcing tactics
• Provide regular updates and think creatively when staffing challenges arise
• Be the go-to resource for your locations and take full ownership of their staffing needs

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, hourly/manufacturing preferred
• Strong communication and follow-through-you own your work from start to finish
• Organized and proactive, with a find a way mindset
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable building relationships and earning trust with plant teams
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (we use Kenexa/BrassRing)
