opportunity for an Manufacturing Operator
to join our Medical Device
client. This position plays a key role in improving the production of future generations of medical devices. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of technician experience in a Medical Device or Biotech setting and live within a commutable distance to the worksite in Draper, Utah
for an in-person work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and fabricate micro-scale medical devices under a microscope (components as small as 80–240 nanometers).
- Perform daily soldering and micro-soldering
tasks (thin wires, fine components).
- Follow detailed instructions for device assembly while providing feedback to improve methods and processes.
- Support process development activities in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Maintain compliance with cleanroom protocols, including gowning procedures (bouffants, masks, gowns, gloves, booties).
- Document work performed accurately in accordance with established standards.
- Participate in team discussions, receive feedback constructively, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Strong soldering skills (micro-soldering experience highly preferred).
- Comfort and accuracy working under a microscope for extended periods.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to take verbal and written instructions and execute precisely.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a diverse, collaborative team.
- Previous experience in medical device assembly
or cleanroom manufacturing.
- Experience with micro medical device fabrication or similar precision work.
- Associates or higher degree in a technical, engineering, or life sciences field.
- Familiarity with regulated production environments (FDA, ISO 13485).
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm.
- Cleanroom manufacturing environment with full gowning requirements.

Estimated Min Rate: $14.70
Estimated Max Rate: $21.00
