Manufacturing Engineer (ONSITE)

Manufacturing Engineer (ONSITE) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Staffing’s client working in York, PA.

• Pay Rate: $32-36/hr
• ONSITE in York

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provides technical support for a variety of welding processes, metal fabrication processes, and manufacturing equipment.
• Enhances welding and fabrication processes by assuring that parts or assemblies are processed and tooled to meet optimum quality, quantity, and cost requirements.
• Interfaces with work groups, quality, product engineering and manufacturing support services.
• Addresses daily equipment, quality, and throughput issues.
• Develops cost reduction programs through manufacturing efficiency improvements, schedule attainment and first run capacity.

Required:

• 3+ years of welding and fabrication in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with executing manufacturing improvements, scheduling, and cost reduction programs.
