Responsibilities:

Stock Loan Ops team is the first line of support for Stock Loan, Matchbook and RevCon trading desks.

Core responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide basic trade support functions – booking and settling of trades
  • Processing daily mark to market with non-DTC participating clients
  • Callback/returns processing (allocating, booking and outgoing returns)
  • DTC RAD Approvals
  • Month end billing with counterparties and reconciliation
  • Contract Compare
  • Start Of Day/ End of Day account balancing
  • Ad hoc assistance to various trading desks

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of DTC, Loanet a must
  • Knowledge of FIS/Phase3 a plus
  • Minimum 5-7 years stock loan experience
  • Series 7 or 99
  • Excellent communication and reconciliation skills
  • Must be efficient in Excel
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachecor’s Degree required


Estimated Min Rate: $84000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $120000.00
