P osition Overview
The Enterprise Platform Architect is a hands-on technical leader responsible for the end-to-end management of our integrated business operations platform, focusing on retail, logistics, financial, and customer engagement systems.
This position needs a functional consultant in D365 (F&O) to engage with business stakeholders and translate to their technical teams. The focus is to have background in distribution, warehouse, or retail industry for understanding the business processes bridging gaps. Hard focus is experience with incident management, compliance, & stabilization within implementing controls - full cycle implementations from module rollouts through go-live. This role ensures seamless integration, system enhancements, and performance optimization across all modules, supporting business growth and operational excellence. Reporting to executive leadership, this position coordinates internal teams and external partners to deliver solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deploy enterprise-grade business management solutions across retail, logistics, finance, and customer engagement platforms.
• Own all technical and functional requirements, including system configuration, customization, and documentation.
• Serve as the primary technical and functional authority, developing scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and address business needs.
• Collaborate on integration strategies between the core business platform and other enterprise systems.
• Oversee system customization and performance tuning to streamline workflows and optimize business processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Advise business stakeholders on system capabilities, enhancements, and best practices.
• Manage and coordinate external partners, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, including setup, validation, data migration, and post-launch support for retail, logistics, finance, and customer engagement modules.
• Continuously monitor system health and initiate improvement initiatives to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues to minimize operational disruptions.
• Mentor and support internal team members while managing external consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with enterprise business management platforms, with a focus on retail, logistics, finance, and customer engagement modules.
• Certification in enterprise business management fundamentals required.
• Certification in retail operations or logistics management preferred.
• Certification in supply chain management preferred.
• Demonstrated experience as a technical-functional lead, including managing complex implementations and system customizations.
• Extensive experience managing external partners (onshore and offshore) and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret technical and business documentation. Ability to apply abstract concepts to complex tasks.
• Proven ability to balance strategic and tactical priorities, ensuring business needs are met efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with business leaders and technical teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Preferred Skills

• Finance and Operations (F&O) is preferred.
• Deep technical and functional expertise in enterprise business management platforms, with a focus on architecture, customization, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise system implementations, from design through launch and post-launch support.

Estimated Min Rate: $100000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $130000.00
