We are seeking a Maintenance Technician  to support production and facility equipment during normal operations. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining the facility in optimal working condition in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Location: Livermore, CA.
Compensation: $63 - $71k DOE
Schedule: 8am - 4pm 

Key Responsibilitie
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and industrial machinery
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans
  • Maintain conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, and related equipment
  • Perform minor facility repairs including drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical work
  • Lubricate industrial machinery using appropriate greases and oils
  • Maintain spare parts inventory for preventative maintenance and repairs
  • Complete accurate and timely maintenance work orders and documentation
  • Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all applicable safety protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production priorities
Qualification
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical degree in a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely
  • Experience maintaining conveying systems and power transmission equipment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment
  • Warehouse and production environment with varying temperatures
  • Exposure to airborne powders, allergens, and production machinery
  • Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
  • Required use of PPE including gloves, face mask, hairnet, and uniform
  • Weekend and overtime work may be required based on production needs  
Estimated Min Rate: $63000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $71000.00
