3‑Month Contract | 100% Virtual (EST Only) | W2
Yoh is seeking a Logistics & Process Transformation Consultant for a 3‑month contract supporting a mission‑driven organization with complex, enterprise level logistics and service‑delivery operations. This position is 100% virtual, and candidates must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.
The consultant will work independently to map, analyze, and document end‑to‑end logistics, service delivery, and warehouse workflows. The work environment operates with a high degree of process discipline, audit awareness, and operational rigor. Experience in regulated or highly controlled environments is a strong plus but is not required.
Compensation: $90.00 to $100/Hr.
Key Responsibilities
- Map end‑to‑end logistics, warehouse, and service‑delivery processes.
- Identify nodes, handoffs, decision points, risks, bottlenecks, and redundancies.
- Analyze current‑state workflows and support future state recommendations.
- Develop clear process maps, diagrams, and operational documentation.
- Support logistics and container-related initiatives as needed.
- Operate with minimal supervision and deliver executive ready outputs.
- 10+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or process analysis
- Proven experience delivering enterprise scale process mapping and workflow assessments.
- Strong skills with process‑mapping tools such as Visio, Lucid, or similar
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience working in regulated, highly controlled, or compliance‑driven environments:
- Life sciences or biologics
- Healthcare operations
- Government or Department of Defense (DOD) programs
- Aerospace, clinical, or other audit‑sensitive operations
- Familiarity with audit preparedness, SOP‑driven operations, or disciplined quality systems
