Logistics & Inventory Associate (Junior)
We’re seeking a Logistics & Inventory Associate to support inbound material flow, inventory tracking, and lab coordination for semiconductor development and hardware operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic lab and warehouse environments.

Scope:
• Coordinate incoming shipments of R&D materials, silicon wafers, lab equipment, and assemblies.
• Track deliveries, verify against POs and packing lists, and escalate any delays or discrepancies.
• Receive and log inventory into ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Organize and label inbound materials for traceability and clean handoff to lab teams.
• Maintain real-time inventory visibility, including stock levels at consignment or supplier-managed locations.
• Collaborate with engineering and lab staff to fulfill material requests and distribute supplies efficiently.
• Support inventory counts, audits, and materials reconciliation activities.
• Assist with PO/SO tracking and day-to-day operations involving ERP and logistics coordination.

Required:
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control (internships acceptable).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow SOPs precisely and maintain accurate records.
• Effective communicator, able to coordinate across teams and with external vendors.
• Able to lift and handle items up to 25 lbs.; prior lab or warehouse experience preferred.
 

Estimated Min Rate: $30.00
Estimated Max Rate: $40.00/hr+. Depends on experience.
