Local-Hybrd UX Designer Lead (NO C2C)

Local-Hybrd UX Designer Lead (NO C2C)  needed for a  contract  opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Burbank, CA.
The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:

• Five (5) plus years leading design teams
• Eight (8) plus years’ experience in UX Design/Figma
• Ability to go onsite Tuesday – Thursday; remote on Mondays and Fridays
• Pay Range: $85 - $92.90/hr; depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Expert player-coach who can set a strategic design vision, guide research and design implementation, and deliver high-quality, production-ready materials at speed.
• Chief collaborators with the business, technical, and product leaders to understand and inform the vision, objectives, and transformation plans to help identify opportunities for impact.
• Champion a human-centered product vision for the POD
• Lead and own execution of design efforts in agile cadence
• Operational excellence & continuous improvement
• Cross-Functional collaboration
• Stakeholder communication & governance

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Five (5) plus years leading design teams
• Eight (8) plus years’ experience in UX Design/Figma
  • Portfolio required
• Figma – design & interaction tool
• Miro – business collaboration tool
• Jira – Project management and tracking
• Confluence – for documenting data
• MO365

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:          

• Experience in designing Enterprise products.
• Experience in software design and development.
• Background in Finance, Media or Entertainment.
