Ceremony of Roses (CoR), Sony Music Entertainment’s merchandising division, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Licensing Coordinator to support the Artists Licensed Merchandise program. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in music, merchandising, and brand partnerships to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and sales support to the CoR Artists Licensed Merchandise business development team
- Assist with the product development process for artist merchandise, including coordinating communications, maintaining trackers, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Track and compile artist activity to support sales messaging and partnership recaps
- Develop monthly recap materials for licensing launches and ongoing initiatives
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Interest in music, merchandising, or brand partnerships is a plus
Assignment Details:
- Start Date: ASAP through May 11, 2026, with potential for extension
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week (must be available during PST business hours)
- Location: Fully remote
- Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour
