Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s Primary Care client located in Greenville, NC. This is an adult only clinic (no pediatrics). Lab draw/phlebotomy experience is required.
 
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Duration: 7 months with possible extension or direct placement
Pay:$28-35/hr DOE
 
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration, wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

 
What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing
• Current LPN license
• BLS certification upon hire
• Strong phlebotomy skills
• Epic experience is preferred
