Legal Coordinator with a Large Media Company
3-6 Month Assignment fully onsite in Culver City, CA
Pay Range -  $24-$47 per hour w2 


Legal Coordinator to support SVP, Legal Animation Group

Must be comfortable around a service dog.  


Primarily responsible for generating, collecting, reviewing and distributing start paperwork for both above and below the line employees, filing, organizing and other administrative duties.
Key responsibilities may include:

  • Generating emails to collect start paperwork required to onboard talent. Reviewing documents as they are returned to ensure accuracy and completeness.  Following up and sending revision notes as necessary.
  • Drafting an intake summary memo for each person hired.
  • Distributing start paperwork and information to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Tracking and updating the start paperwork chart and keeping supervisor(s) apprised of status and issues as they arise.
  • Accurately filing physical and electronic documents in designated files according to established filing systems and department protocols. 
  • Opening and closing files, assigning proper labels, and updating information. 
  • Assisting with other clerical duties as necessary. 
Required skills:
  • Understand and uphold strict confidentiality requirements regarding sensitive legal information. 
  • Ability to effectively manage large volumes of emails and documents. 
  • Clear and concise communication with the ability to send professional, succinct emails conveying information to agents, attorneys, and executives. 
  • High level of accuracy in managing legal documents and maintaining filing systems. 
  • Clear and legible handwriting.
  • Familiarity with standard office software, including MS Office Suite, Google docs, document management systems and electronic filing platforms. 
 
Must be comfortable around a service dog.  This position is in-person only.




Estimated Min Rate: $25.00
Estimated Max Rate: $47.00
