Project Coordinator (Product & Tech, Sponsorship Program)
We are seeking a highly capable P3 Project Coordinator to support and operationalize our Product & Tech Sponsorship Program. This individual will bring strong L&D project coordination experience, the ability to get up to speed quickly, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. They will own day-to-day program coordination while driving for results and elevating the overall participant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of the Product & Tech Sponsorship Program
- Schedule and manage program touchpoints, including information sessions and key milestones
- Oversee the application process, including intake, tracking, and communications
- Serve as primary liaison with external vendor
- Manage program communications channels (Slack, Teams), including responding to cohort questions and driving engagement
- Draft and distribute communications to cohort participants and stakeholders
- Track program progress and maintain data to support reporting
- Prepare quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and updates highlighting results, progress, and impact for leadership and key stakeholders
- L&D Program Coordination: Proven experience supporting learning, development, or talent programs in a fast-paced environment
- Execution Excellence: Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail
- Bias for Action: Self-starter who can quickly get up to speed, identify gaps, and drive work forward with minimal direction
- Results-Oriented: Focused on outcomes, with the ability to track progress and deliver against timelines
- Strategic Thinking: Able to bring perspectives, identify improvements, and make practical recommendations
- Communication Skills: Clear, concise written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and program participants
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate across internal teams and external partners/vendors
- Collaboration & Responsiveness: Strong presence in digital channels (Slack/Teams) with a participant-first mindset
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and scaling processes as programs evolve
- Brings both operational rigor and continuous improvement mindset
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability for program success
