Job Details:
Duration: Permanent FTE- Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $120-$180k base DOE
Location: Hybrid 3x a week onsite in Holmdel NJ or NY
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in machine learning engineering and AI system development
- Strong proficiency in Python and R programming languages
- Deep knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and RAG pipeline architectures
- Expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and model orchestration frameworks
- Ability to implement secure and compliant API solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers
- Familiarity with enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards
- Experience evaluating and integrating emerging AI technologies
- Prior mentoring or leadership experience in AI/ML teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Proven track record of 5+ years in AI development and engineering, with leadership responsibilities preferred
